The DX9 is a lot of radio. I know it will be enough for me for a few years to come.

Good to see you yesterday. Glad your small Pulse decided to come back to you after loosing signal. Close call.
Too windy for me.
I went out to the school last night. Great flying conditions.
Put the Corsair up for about a dozen touch and go flights.
Has yo fly by the water tower. Basket ball court was in use.
I will be south today, Friday morning and pick up hinges for you at Hobby Stop.
Worked on the P38. Complicated plane.

Yeah that flight was very hairy! It was a worn out Deans connector. It last it's spring tension. I fixed it and it's good as new now. I just maidens my Hellcat and 550 heli. Awesome flying machines!

very nice Hellcat
... feels good to unleash on the 550 I took notice of heh. I think you will find the Beast X your new favorite Barry
I enjoyed my 3 flights of 450 goodness and I am already looking for a replacement just in case I go wild? couple of flips is just the norm....
Barry does your DX9 beep turning off with a splash screen with Serial # info? I am setup up my 450 and I swear it turns off faster than 4-5 secs when I first played with it. Sorry I am a little paranoid over my new gem

Mine used to do that when I first got it. I have upgraded the firmware and that problem went away. There is a new firmware update recently released that I haven't tried yet. I think the latest is version 1.06

It was good to see all of you guys out there flying today. The day would have been perfect except for my Mini Pulse deciding to commit suicide. Pete thanks for the 550! It is my new favorite.

OH yeeaahhh! Bring the 450 . Lets have some fun. I'm not sure if I'll have enough time to swap out the umbrella gears on my 450 so it might have to wait until next weekend to fly.

Another great session today. Your heli looks really dialed in. Once you get the idle up set right out should be perfect. Did you notice a difference without the flybar weights?
#9347

It wasn't as sluggish after I moved the weights in. I'm gonna reprogram the esc tomorrow. I feel pretty comfortable on this bird...

I have two helis on the bench right now. I decided not to upgrade the 600. I'm going to use the last belt I have. It has flown so great on the belt system. When this belt wears out I'll upgrade to TT. The 450 pro is in for umbrella gear replacement. Should be ready to fly for the weekend.
