Has anyone bought, read reviews, or know someone who has info on this plane, motor options , retracts, etc.? I'd like to hear your opinions on this plane.

I don't think it's been out long enough to get any results for inquiry. I would like to see some info on this myself. I wouldn't mind building something like this but like you, I want some feedback before I purchase.

Received the kit a few weeks ago, sorry I will not be a great deal of help. In the process of relocating to Phoenix Az, so between packing, loading, honey do's and don'ts, it will be a couple of months before I can get started on the plane. I did take a quick look inside the box (couldn't resist). Contents are package okay some parts could have been better protected with bubble wrap, laser cutting very clean, vacume parts are nice no flashing. No landing gear w/kit, show optional (2) #SIGSH596 Nose Wheel Strut, don't see why retracts can't be worked in. Instruction show flywire, micro-rex 220-12-1300 motors or equivalent, 40 - 70 watts. Motor cowlings should fit most 22mm dia outrunners, so alot of options there. Hope this is of some help

I also have this kit, and likewise won't be able to start it for now. I have 3 other birds ahead of it and really don't have the room to start another. But I plan to fly it with a couple 400XT outrunners from HL.
