It will charge up to 4-cell lipos with a max charge rate of 2 amps. It has a digital readout that shows the status of each cell in it's own window. It also has a built in balancer that works independently for each cell and performs the balance on the "way up" instead of dropping the higher cell(s) to the lesser cell(s).

I agree FM. That's why I posted some specs for those that are curious. Any friend of Tom Grasshopper is worthy of an explanation. If you look at the post date it's an old thread. The guy probably joined to sell the charger and nothing else. 2 posts to boot!
