Default Power setup for Turmoil

I am currently finishing a Turmoil 3-D flyer. I plan to use a BM2410-12Y outrunner motor from Quietflight with Li-poly batteries. Is this big enough and is it more powerful than the motor that comes with the kit?
Thanks

Is there a website for this motor? I can't find it on google.

Without the motor's specs, there's no way to tell whether it's the right motor or not. How did you come to choose this motor? That may give us a clue. If you got the idea from someone who is using the same motor in a similar plane, then there's a good chance it'll work. If you just picked it at random, then odds are there will be a problem...

Also, what LiPoly battery are you using, and what prop?

Okay, I found it at xushobby.com.

Yeah, that's got plenty of capacity. Couple it with a 3S LiPoly and a 10x4.7 or 11x4.7 prop, and it'll 3D. The 3S LiPoly must be capable of handling 10 Amps, so something like the 15C Kokam 640 or the ThunderPower 830 would be good choices.

Matt,
I found the motor at a swap meet. The guy assured me that it was bigger and better than my stock motor. There is one born every minute. I have the specs at home. I will look them up later and post them later. Thanks a bunch.

Yep, that configuration is plenty of power for the ~11oz Turmoil.
