Default Lipo substitute for 9.6V 650mah Ni-MH battery?

Hi all! Just bought a cheapy electric warbird with a 380 brushed motor, 20A ESC, and it comes with an 8 cell, 9.6v, 650mah battery.

What lipo can I use instead of the NIMH? Not looking for miracles, just a little more performance and flight time.

A 11.1 volt (3S) will probably burn the small motor up pretty quickly, so I suggest a 7.4 volt (2S) and around 15C.

BTW, if the ESC is for Nixx batteries and isn't programmable, you'll need a new one that can be programmed for Lipos or the ESC will not cut off when the battery reaches 6 volts and you could ruin your battery.
