There are some nice kits out there although they seem to be getting harder to find as so many folks don't build.
You may also want to look at the Herr and Dumas ~30 inch rubber kits as many folks have sucessfully converted them to e-power.

Hi all
I too am on the search for electric WOOD War Birds esp. 600 size
. When you get into this size, you can still go with a brushed motor and have enough wing for retracts.
So far found:
