WOW Dx6i and HZ Champ
#1

Wow...just took the Lil'l Champ for a spin this am...first time with new Dx6i...and it is just unbelievable the difference in flight with the Champ vs the stock controller. Stable...long range and altitude. Even attached my 808 keycam for greater height and stability yet! Will post video here when downloaded. Is it me...or just the receiver? Feel like I may need to move out of the beginner category! I am impressed with the Dx6i!

Grats on the new radio - you will enjoy that investment on many models to come I imagine.
I fly my champ on that radio too - it does make a huge difference and there is way less chance that the Champ can fly away from you.

I tole ya so! Found it out on my little Vapor with my DX5e. Makes it a whole new airplane doesn't it? It's hard sometimes to convince a newbie that his second purchase after the plane he learned on should be a good radio. Now you've got a responsibility to knock all the newbies on the head who are hot to buy that next plane.
Get 'em to slow down just a bit and buy a good radio so they can have the fun you are! And I'll be you're wondering what that nifty transmitter could do with another plane right now!

Champ - DX6i question
On the monitor display of the DX6i, what do you see as the full scale range for the elevator servo? (full up, down, and centered elevator stick produce what outputs on the monitor display)
I am not seeing it centered and it does not go full scale like the other channels.
