Peter,
I have the FLYBOY Boulton Paul Defiant and the AM-1 Mauler. Both are very well built. The retractable landing gear is also very nice. Both are laser cut and accurately assembled. They are big airplanes and easy to install the gear in.
The Defiant needs to be re skinned or painted as the colors are not very accurate. The turret is also the wrong shape and it along with the canopy are not exactly clear. Those problems not withstanding I bought a second defiant. These planes will bring a touch of class to the flight line.
I expect to have my Defiant flying within the next couple of weeks. I'm running a thread on the bird under WARBIRDS on Wattflyer
From what I have seen of the two planes I bought I would expect the rest of their planes are a good value for your money also.
Regards
Paul
