Great choice in Spit's Buck and you will love the way that she flies .

Don't forget that you need a pilot to fly her though .

That's a very good point, I'll see if I can find a recruit next time I'm at my LHS.

Took my spit for its maiden today - it went great, only a few adjustments to get it flying nicely. I really noticed the weight of the plane though, all my other planes are light weight by comparison and you can definitely feel the extra energy in the plane. It was quite difficult to slow it down, I had to go round 3 times on the first landing - it just glides forever!

It seems the Ripmax and HK share this trait: I'm using a 4s A123 in my HK, now, since it has such fine "lifting" capacity!

Being in the USA, even with many of my relatives in the UK...shipping to the States exceeds the cost of the Ripmax Spit itself. So the HK Spit is next on my list!

I seriously am considering the Kyosho 50 size Spit. I'm not crazy about the little ones or the foamies.
