Way to go Fish!

Hey, for $105 + shipping, we could not go wrong !

I have the same lipo but also but have a 2800 mah 4S 40C that will fit- barely.

I also changed out the motor/fan combo to a Don's Wicked XRP 10 blader

Plan to maiden as soon as I can get on pavement.

We now have access to Texas Motor Speedway as our alternate site but it's been too hot.

Any Gotcha's I need to know ?

Hawk

Thanks Hawk she is a real rush of adrenaline. Make sure you have a comfortable dual rates and expo put in. She is pretty fast for stock so with a dons wicked she ought to haul azz. She needs a lot of pavement to get to speed, however that may be an altitude thing. The landing gear is extremely weak so if it bounces on landing, well that was the one good flight you get for the day. Check the wheels to ensure that they are well mounted. On my original attempt to take off my rear wheel spun off. You have had this Jet before so none of this maybe to new to you but that is what I have experienced so far. Oh and make sure Landing gear and hatch switches are in the correct configuration that the plane is in prior to connecting the outside battery or your sequencer will do nothing. So if your gear is up make sure the gear switch is in the up position. same with hatch.

Thanks Fish,

The earlier version I had was EPS . Was a beech to get going on grass. Pavement all the way though our field can be cut ultra short sometimes. Yes, on the retracts. I'm going to add some welders glue in a few spots. They did jar loose.

Hope to report back soon !

Took advantage of some great weather and went out to the club field for a bit of flying. My hat cam got tilted so the view is not great
