Default WoW RC 3s Lipo problem

I've had a Wow 3s lipo, I believe it's 2200mah and maybe 18c, but I have so many flights with it, the sticker is faded and I can't be sure which one it is exactly. It's about a year old now, at least when I purchased it.

The last two outings, it's behaved strangely. I'll start charging it after I know it's about 25% discharged along side my thunder power 3s lipo. My hobbico charger does fine with my thunderpower, but it gives me the 'charge complete' signals on my Wow battery way too early. Like after 15 min.

The charger recognizes three cells when I start the charge. My Astro blinky also recognizes 3 cells and rarely balances for more than 30 seconds, so some indications say it's a good battery still, yet it won't charge.

I have tried charging at the slowest possible rate with my blinky attached to see if that can revive it, but it still finishes too early.

Give it to me straight doc...Is my lipo dead?
