Default Millennium RC Micro 3DX Build thread

I picked up a Millennium RC Micro 3DX from James Karpy at the Perry Swap meet. I was not planning on building it till way later, but I had to begin.

I recently had our first baby. While I am thrilled, it takes a lot out of a person. I have decided to slowly build this plane in the evening time while my wife watches the baby for an hour or 2.

So here it is, the build thread. I will add some pics tomorrow, but now it is sleeping time.

Today I installed the remaining fuselage formers and the firewall. No pics yet as the camera battery was dead. I will take some tomorrow pending the outcome of my Sars.

I only get a few minutes a night to work on it, so it might take a little while to complete

Millennium RCs kits are awesome. They are honestly puzzles, everything snaps together so nicely. Once it is in place, you just CA it to give it added strength. I am pretty sure I could fly this model very conservatively with no glue at all, just snap and cover it.

Got some more work done. Main fuse side are glued together and now the tail of the fuse is complete.

Still some more work needs to be done on the fuse, but it is going really well.
