Default Battery for Slow Stick

Hey,

Im am looking at buying a slow stick and i was wondering if a 3 cell 1500 would work even though it only has an 8c discharge rate.

Thanks
Matt

That depends. What motor? If the stock motor or a smallish outrunner brushless then yes it will likey be just fine as 8 x 1.5A is 12A. Most of the smaller outrunners are maxed at about 10A and you don't want to put 10 or even 12 Amps through a 300 or 400 sized motor for too long IMHO.
