Ok...lets start building!!
1) Remove all of the parts from the bags...make sure that nothing is missing.
2) First get the ply crutch pieces out and remove all of the cut outs...do not throw anything away...there are pieces contained in the cut outs that we will use later. Tip...this step will go faster using a hobby knife.
3) Lay all of the ply parts out and sand the tabs if needed

Ok now we are going to apply the foam doublers to the inside of the foam skin. Make sure that you make a right and left side!! The foam skin is going to cover the ply crutch that we will build in a minute. Once the right and left side of the foam skin is complete it is time to move onto the crutch. Simply dry fit all pieces to insure that everything is straight and square. If something doesn't fit...gently sand. Once you are certain that all of the ply pieces are straight and square begin apply CA to the crutch. Don't go crazy with the ca...only need to ca the places where the ply pieces come together.

Ok...once the crutch is completely cured...we are going to apply the skin to the crutch. This is very easy...but you need to make sure everything again is straight and square. Dry fit each side to insure that the crutch will fit the doublers all the way from the nose to the rear. Make sure that the tail alignment tab is in place (this is the small ply tab below the elevator opening as shown below) Once you are sure that everything is in place...begin using med Ca and glue from the nose and make your way all the way down to the rear alignment tab. Again...this does not require a lot of glue...just make sure that the skin stays securely attached to the ply crutch.

Now is the best time to attach the fuse graphics...carefully cut them out and test fit them to the fuse. Once you are sure that the fit is correct, carefully remove the decal and spray windex or glass cleaner on the fuse and the decal. This will allow you to move the decal around to get a good fit. This may take a little patience but the end results are incredible. I found it helps to use a credit card and a mono-cote heat gun to get all the wrinkles out!
