We have a live draft, you pick your players in the order of the draft. Every week, you will compete against another Watt head. Whoever has the mst points at the end of the last game wins that game for the week. Here is a blurb from Yahoos site with points.
A Standard Head-to-Head league lets you square off weekly against another manager in your league. Your opponent each week is determined by the league schedule, which is automatically generated in all leagues and may not be modified. Teams with the best win/loss records, may compete in playoffs after the regular season. Scoring settings include points for passing, rushing and receiving, and kick/punt return yardage. Player rankings and expert advice are based on this default configuration.

You can make a predraft kit in advance. So if you miss the draft, it will go by the order you have set up. If you do not have a draft kit setup, it will automatically draft players for you based on the Yahoo order of players. It will start with the number 1 player, if he is taken, it will go to number 2, etc...
