Default new eflite extra 260 profile

hey is this an ok plane or is it a hard one to build? anyone? how does it fly?? any info would be nice cus im sort of a newbie im having trouble so i dunno should i stick to my balsa and wait for parts to come in? i dunno let me know ppl

DO NOT get a 3D plane as your first plane. You will just waste your money and crash it. Get a proper beginner plane, like a HobbyZone Super Cub or a Wing Dragon. But I repeat, do not get that E-Flite Extra 260!!!

I second the slow stick Idea In fact, make your own slow stick, its easy, from 3/16 poster board that you get at wallmart or michaels arts and craft stores and a little basswood, here is a build if your interested, chellie

Yeah I second the Slow Stick. 3D planes are wicked hard to fly. They are deliberately designed to be that way. You trade stability for maneuverability, and when you get more of one, you always get less of the other. Good trainer planes will be self-correcting planes that prefer to fly straight and level and into the wind. My Slow Stick, if you take your hands off the controls, will fly by itself, and if it's pointed into the wind you don't have to touch the controls.

im new to planes too i have the extra 260 be sure to turn your rates down alot! the planes is very quick! im doing ok just gives me a heart attack when i fly it hahaha
