Default 3DHS 71" Slick Gas vs. electric

Can anyone tell me the difference in the airframes? They have no more electric versions in stock so I am thinking about converting the gas version to electric. I assume the motor box is different, so can anyone post pictures of it?

Thank you,

Rob

It is the motor box - but I don't have pics of the gas difference. Suspect quite a difference. Not sure - sorry man...

There are no airframe differences or changes.

I've converted a number of gas versions of models to electric power. For the most part, its not to hard. You might have to cut out stuff to make room for the battery pack. Not usually a problem, electric motors don't have high vibration issues.

The main issue is whether you've got room for the batteries, and access to those batteries when the wing is in place. This model appears to have a "Big front end" where the batteries would go.

Found this, take a look: (That looks like a very nice model!)
