I really liked the guy, he was good for all the RC hobbies.

I read that he passed away in his sleep. I wouldn't have guessed that he was 57 though. It's a sad time indeed with his passing away. I don't think just one person could fill his shoes and take his place either.

Has anyone seen some of the photos of his early career? What a riot. He was 'flock of seagulls' and 'wham' for sure. He picked a 'look' and god bless him, he stuck with it. That hair was trademark stuff for sure.

I have met Chris on several occasions. He loved RC and admitted his skills were average at best. I liked his enthusiastic approach to RC.
