Default JR X9303 Controls Question

Just got a nice used X9303H (Heli). For the life of me I cannot find any data either via a Google search or reading the owner's manual I just downloaded from Horizon.

I'd like to know what the control on the left side of the radio does. According to JR it's called a 'lever'. The lever on the right side controls one of the AUX channels. I can see it moving the scale while I have the channel monitor screen on the display. As I move the control on the left I cannot see anything changing on the monitor.

Thanks in advance.

I have a aircraft unit but it should be similar

If you hold the top button down while you turn on the unit,
you will see the screen that you use to select a model,
go to DeviceSEL and activate,
now you should see GEAR FLAP AUX2 AUX3 AUX4 (may be diff on heli)
I can set AUX2 or 3 to use what they call FLAP LV, the right side is called AUX3 LV

My flap lv pot is bad so I will send in my system in the off season

It does whatever you program it to do.

Don't believe so - I know it wasn't on my 9303. I assigned it to flaps briefly on mine, and the wing swing on my F-14, until I discovered the 3 position switch worked better for me.

How's life in Norman - heard you folks were getting a Dave and Busters somewhere close (have friends in Norman)

Jeff, thanks.

Norman is pretty laid back. I like am really taking a liking to the town.

I've never been in a D&B's. Heck we are finally getting a Whattaburger!

My friends moved out there from Southern California, with a "brief visit" to Minot ND
