Default New 2dogrc RTF Micro Planes! Ready to fly, No Assemble Needed!

Hey Guys and Gals,

I finally get the privilege of introducing a hot product I saw at the iHobby Expo this year. What we have are 3 pre-built airplanes that all run off the same, interchangeable, "power module". When you switch from plane to plane, you pop off the power module, and then pop it onto the next airplane you would like to fly.

Available at :
http://www.2dogrc.com/ecommerce/os/c...es-p-2569.html

Inside the power module is a 900 mhz receiver, brushed motor, 2 servos, and a ESC. On the end of the pushrods in the power module are small magnets. These small magnets, then clip to the pushrods of the airplane. This allows for very fast switching of airplanes.

The transmitter is a 900 mHz transmitter with the ability to charge 2 batteries at a time. The transmitter can also be set to many different mix type my turning a knob.

The power is supplied by a 85 mAh 15C li-poly battery,1s. The motor is a brushed motor.

We have more information of the website. These products should be in early next week. We will also have them up at our move in Toledo.

I have some videos posted below, and are uploading more to You Tube tonight. My YouTube name is 2dogrc, if you want to check them out. The videos are of OUTDOOR flying, however, you can fly indoors at about 20% power!

Oh I dunno, $200 for all three planes might not be so bad.....

I like the Honest Feedback. If you look at comparable systems though...It is actually very cheap. The Plantraco kits are $149, for 1 airplane and here you get 3. What would you think of a 1 airplane kit for $139-149 range?

These are new products and this kind of feedback does help!

We did alot of research on the price. You also get extra batteries, motors and props. You also get a transmitter that acts as a dual battery charger also. The motors last a long time, you will more likely bent the shaft when you fly into something.

I will have a manual updated soon and you get a better look at the internals. Pretty neat design.

The best plane for indoors is the Bi-Plane. However, first fly them outside to get use to the throttle.

So you're trying to sell something in the discussion section that you don't even have in stock yet?

Looks like a great concept. So send me a "test kit" of all 3 planes, and I 'll bet my circle of flying friends will buy a dozen sets if they work and fly like the videos!

First it's 1 plane with 3 bodies really. Having said that, This does look really really neat. Are replacement electronics/parts available? The canard plane looks really cool.

Just had our weekly indoor and i did all the maiden flights in a High School single court!

The Bipe is able to slow down the most but will also yak and bank with thbest of them as I had her WOT for a good 20 times round the gym and it really gets ya pumpin!

Can't get the others as slow but they all haul booty and will fly just fine in a single court gym

Will have some Vid of the Bipe as soon as my bud does some editing and gets it posted

Keep watching
Randy

BTW; GREAT value for the money

I like the music too! It kind of sounds like bagpipes! When you get good, you can set your flight to the music of the plane!

Common Sense RC has just become the distributor of Snap and Fly. We have shipments coming and will be able to supply 2DogRC with more kits. Currently, their website shows that they are out of stock.

Hijacked?.....announcing that the public will be able to purchase these from you when we receive our shipment? We thought you would appreciate a plug on your thread that has been dormant for 4 months.

Both you guys could use some business ethics lessons. This is a discussion area, not product announcement or for sale advertising.

We all use these forums differently depending on our main goals, if we didn't release new products there wouldn't be anything to discuss!

I am so glad to see that Mike at Commonsense is so concerned about my business. It makes me feel all warm inside knowing Mike is looking out for me and my sales. If there is anything I can do to repay you for your gracious acts of kindness, please let me know!

So release them in the "New Product Announcements" forum? Stop flooding the discussion forums with blatant advertisements. I intend never to purchase from either of your companies.

Honestly, I have ordered from both of you gentlemen, and will likely again in the future, simply because of the products that you both carry. That said, I must say that I am quite disappointed in the public bickering between you two. It's unprofessional and a sad display. If you gentlemen have issues, you should not be airing them here in public. Use email, Pm's, or pick up the telephone. Anything but here in public. You are both shooting your credibility in the foot.

Unfortunately, this is a month old, and has been dug up to remind us all...this will come back to haunt you over and over again.
