Hobby King has a beautiful ARF that's never in stock,.....
Rich Uravitch has a 40 size plans & plastic set available.
( I have this one in the storage closet)
Pat Trittle is probably your best bet for a large, lightweight park flyer. He designs 60" airfames that weigh less than 2.5# & use modest, inexpensive power systems. The downside is several vendors kit a few of his designs, finding the right one can be soooo frustrating!!
Hope your "search" skills are sharp.

Not a kit, but there are some plans on Outerzone:

Don't know if you're interested in a scratch build.

Carolina custom kits has a laser cut Cessna 170B, not a 195 but a Cessna tail dragger.
