Upgrade Ryobi drill to Lipo?

Since the thread has been restarted ...
I am going with a 3 cell and 2 cell 1300mah in series with an external charge port. The combo of both fit very well in the Ryobi one+ 18v battery pack. Normally it uses 15 1200mah nicd - Fully charged is 21 volts. The 2s+3s, or 5s, is the same voltage. I am using these since I have several around not doing anything. Should be able to do it tomorrow. The newer Ryobi one+ batteries are badly designed - The sensor inside drains the battery in about 24 hours. Older ones are much better.
