Question Endurance testing?

im having issues figuring out how high to change and dischange my battery while doing endurance testing. i have 850 mAh 3S battery, should i be charging it up to 12.5V (just under 4.2V/Cell) and run the setup until my Medusa power analyzer says i have about 20% of the mAh is left or till the load voltage is 9V or till the resting voltage is 9V?

thanks for your input.

Since you should be using about 3.2v/cell as your LVC... I'd say charge it fully (~4.2v/cell) then run it until voltage under load is 9.6v.
