What's going on with Sigmfg and Towerhobbies?

They scarcely have any planes for sale. Do they have a common owner? Are they going out of business?

Wonder if Horizon buying Tower has anything to do with it? Also it looks like Sig was bought out a couple of years ago and according to their website in the process of moving.
