Default Charging Setup

I hate to be a noobie, but I have this charger-

this balancer-

and 3 cell lipos.

How do I charge them? Do I fully charge the batteries through the deans and then balance them, or do I charge/balance simultaneously?

and most of all, how?
It would be great if someone could show the setup in Paint.

Thanks in advance!

If you charge thru the balancer, it will automatically balance the cells. You will need to be connected to the balancer plug on the battery, NOT the Deans plug, for balancing. Then follow the instructions on the Equinox to get it into the "Interface" mode for charging (press the button twice in succession).
DO NOT try to charge the battery with both the Deans and the balancer plug connected to the charger source. Maybe I'll get a chance to draw a goofy sketch later.
