I was wanting to get the Corsair from Hangar 9 and convert it to electric. Has anyone done this yet? The site says it can be converted and even lists the recommended electronics. But what mods need to be made? Does the firewall provide the thrust angle? Thanks.

make me want one.....but I can't afford to start the one I got from you. Got a motor - but no retracts, servos and i don't even want to talk about the batteries!! LOL!! This is a great link though - lots of pictures and plenty of advice as well as links to other build threads.

why dont you people take a few of your 3s1p packs and make them a 6-12s packs? its not that difficult.

But a 1300mah just won't get a 4 - 6 lb. plane very far off the ground - especially if they are only 15C's. Same almost applies to the 2200 packs I have except they are all 20C but I would like to be able to do a little more than take off - lift the lg and flaps and then make one circuit and lower it all and land!!

Ahhh, but if you series and PARALLEL em, you could do it.

Mike if it flies anything like the P40, you'll love it. The Hangar 9's make great E conversions.
