Steve I don't think this could be resolved to many different opions and ya know what happens with that. Then another site started to get dragged into this. Somethings just need to be let go. Think this one would just go round in circles.
But I'll always respect your opinion.

Grap'paBub::I see you point but BH and all the RC suppliers need to know were watch'in and have the power to stop them if they use bad biz or service,
I think some suppliers are bad for our hobby and send a lot of newbies fish'in and not fly'in, We got some good Hobby suppliers out there as well but lets see how it goes,, if it get's nuts I'll close it,,Your bubsteve

Hey steve heres an idea we have threads listing balsa kits, a beginners thread ect. we should have a thread listing favorite places to buy rc hobby stuff on line and see if it can become a sticky. I've fallen victim myself on a plane advertised as a beginners sure the heck wasn't, and it was a piece of crap to boot. it would prove helpful for the new people just starting out, and be a positive spin. Trust me I do feel bad about getting the shaft from a lame company and I agree 100% with ya the word does need to get out that the RC world won't take it and there is power in the intenet to promote or destroy a company.
Just an idea my friend

Its to bad he did not see the warehouse - shipping area as it would have told a lot about thier ability to deliver on orders which seems to be a big sticking point with this company.
