Default GWS Brushless Motor need Nut for GWS direct drive prop

I just bought a GWS Brushless Motor (BLM0002), when it arrived the shaft had most of the threads stripped towards the bottom. I replaced the shaft with a extra one I had. I need to replace the backing nut as well, so I can use it with a 1060 or 9050 GWS direct drive prop. Does anyone have the correct size nut for this? I know it should be 3 mm inside but I need to know the outside diameter and thread size. Thanks for help.

Should take a stock 3MM nut. I have lots of them left over if you want I'll send you a couple.

IIRC the size wrench or nut driver you need is 7MM.

I found a few as well, thank you. I didn't realize that they interchange with the normal gearboxes

I picked up a box of 3mm nylocs at the local Ace Hardware store. Props don't spin off if you use brake on some of your motors, lot cheaper than Dubro or some of the others.
I've ended up with several extra nuts that way. The nut is a 5mm socket, and with a 1/4" drive in my flight box it is no problem to change a prop. A lot eaier to handle than a wrench for the 3mm.
