Default Phoenix start-up blues...!

Was wondering if there is someone out there that has had trouble with Consistant and successful start-ups with Phoenix..??

I've tried starting with both ends of the dongle installed and with both ends uninstalled,...with the trans. switch "ON" and "OFF"...

The first screen with the four pics on the black background just starts to come on,.. then drops away..??

So,.. in a nutshell I can't start my machine consistantly...Any ideas of what I've messed up on..??

Thanks muchly,.......Dave..

Transmitter should never be turned on (DX-7 is what I use). This lets you practice as much as you want without running down the TX battery.

Dongle should be plugged in both ends, but I have plugged it in after starting with no issues. A really good graphics card is key to running this program. If you have a low end card then that is your problem. Make sure you have the correct screen settings. Try to turn off shadowing / water effects, and other non-flight essential graphics not required to fly to make it easier on your graphics card.
