Default AA transformation

I had this posted in the indoor/micro section but after a view posts there it seems like its impossible to get any answers there so im re-posting it here.

Anyone have one of these? I was just wondering if someone could get the dimensions of one of these for me so i can use some AA guts to make one. I like the looks of it and would like to make one. I made a Aero Ace boat but i think i would rather make a good flying, good looking plane to let other people fly and also let me fly. Also i could keep changing the guts from plane to boat if i wanted to. I think the plane is called the Tyco RC skyforce or something like that. Thanks.

I would either want to make something like this or some other war plane type shape that will fly good. Like good climbing abilities, a little faster, and decent turning. Also im using foam board without the paper so what could i use for paint or something? Thanks

First off, do you live in the US?

If so, you can probably find just the plane without the electronics at Toys-R-Us for around $10 for 2 planes.

Or, instead of using foam board, which I think is pretty thick, try using the large meat trays from your grocery store. I made a powered glider with a 20" wing span using the meat trays for the wing and fuse and a Styrofoam plate for the tail. Then I used the guts from an AA Bipe to power it. It flies great.
