Default Night Flying - Using LED headlights and taillights for orientation

Hi All...recent joiner..:-).

Just thought I'd post a few vids. My main interest is building foam
night flyers. EPP is all I use. LEDs show up great and Eagle Eye LEDs
for headlights really improve orientation. I now add red taillights also.

Seeing the white headlights or red taillights is very intuitive and takes
no time to figure out when seeing your plane at night. Similar to
seeing traffic at night. When you see bright white...you know your
plane is flying towards you.. hit the throttle and it is on the way back.

I get 3 watt eagle eye LEDs on "E" or "A" online...I prefer wire them
on a switch...and keep the colored strip LEDs straight to battery.

The videos were shot at dusk because the camera just makes better,
more interesting video than total darkness.

Hope this gives you a few ideas...sorry to bore you if you've seen them before.

When I fly these planes I am keying on the headlights and bottom red strip
LEDs mostly for orientation. I use any other colors/strobes anywhere but
always focus my attention on headlights and bottom...works great for me anyway.
