Obviously with the upright V tail - its less damage on landing ... mines not EPP or EPO as the commercial ones ... mines Depron ... so needs to be kept away from potential harm.
Over time - I've split the fuselage - added depron sheet doubler insider ... wing edges where rubber bands go over have needed small ply plates to stop them folding ... but not bad really considering the amount of use etc.

Nice job on your bird. I would rather see one video of a scratch-built plane than a dozen molded ARFs .
Just a couple questions:
How well does it glide with the motor off.
Does the bird dive or climb with changes in power?
Have you moved the CG around, the bird seems a bit unstable in pitch?

Thank's for the answer,
the glide is not good because it's not a retract propeller like glider and the propeller brake the speed of the eagle.
with change of power, of course it's dive or climb but not too.
For the center of gravity i change the battery, i put a 2200 mAh batteyr while i put normally a 1300 mAh, more light for the weight and the stability of the eagle. at the day where i make the video they are a lot of wind (60 km/h) it's for this that the flight seem unstable and with the confinment i don't want to flight too high.

I looked at it before scratchbuilding my own - but didn't buy because of the flat wing. I thought the absence of angled up wing tips made it look strange.

it's a scratchbuilt , the wing is made with three depron leaf and sanded to make a wing profile Kfm3
