Default Mini Spitfire made in balsa

Im now ready to vover my small Spitfire mk14. The Scale is 1:24 and im using 1gram servos and a small outrunner.

The totalweight before covering is 17grams, including everything. The wingspan is just the same as minium, so i guess it will fly.

The little bird is designed in 3D cad and laser cut in 1 and 1,5mm balsa.

My smallest RC so far... :-)

Hi Rikard, great job, please post pics when you have covered that little beauty. I have often thought of going really small but I can't really justify the specialised gear needed.

Wow that looks awesome. I would consider something like a green dot vapor brick with a brushless converter or maybe some plantraco gear.

I'd be interested in the specific motor and equipment you are using...
