Default HELP, Turnigy Plush 40 amp ESC

I have reecntly received my Turnigy Plush 40 amp ESC. I have a Spektrom DX6I bound to a Spektrum AR6200 receiver. plugged in the Turnigy Plush 40 amp esc, a 1000 Kv Turingy 35-42C Aerodrive motor and 02 HXT900 servos.

The esc does it's usual start up tone, then just beeps once every 02 seconds. The manual for the esc says this is "possibly" an abnormal throttle signal. But nothing works, not even the servos and I don't have a spare esc to check it against.

Has anyone had this kind of problem, or one similar, that might have some advice for someone who has never done this before?

You might need to bump the throttle after the first start up tone. Mine do the same thing. If it does not get a signal it goes into some kind of fault mode.
Good luck, Andrew

your Throttle on your Radio Might be Reversed, also make sure that the Throttle trim is set to 0 or all the way down, and the throttle stick is all the way down, check your radio for any abnormal programed throttle settings, Hope that helps, Chellie

PS, Also, you might need to reset the ESC throttle end points

Here's the basics for setting your throttle end points in an ESC:

1 - Turn radio on and move throttle to "full".

2 - Plug in your battery to the ESC.

3 - Your ESC should emit a series of beeps. You should initially hear two long beeps, followed by two short beeps. After the two short beeps move the throttle to fully closed (don't mess with the throttle trim at all, leave it at the center position).

Your ESC should then be set to your transmitters throttle end points.
